LactaHelp retrieves publicly available medication safety information from external sources in order to provide app functionality.

Search requests are directed to e-lactancia.org to obtain medication compatibility data.
No personal data or identifiers are included in these requests.

4.2 Proxy Server

A secure proxy server may be used to facilitate or optimize the retrieval of medication information.
The proxy server:

Does not collect or log any personal data

Does not track user activity

Does not store search data linked to a user

5. Data Security

Because we do not collect or store personal information, there is no risk of user data being compromised on our systems.

Users maintain full control over any locally cached information stored on their devices.
